Immigration Advice

This service is provided in partnership with law firm Seraphus, at the moment this service is provided through a surgery every two weeks, and we have limited appointments, we are allocating them depending on the urgency of each case.
Every 1st Monday of each month we run drop-in sessions, with New Europeans UK, focused on EU Settlement Scheme.

In order to assess your case, we need as much information as possible, please get in contact through the email provided above and someone from our team will be in touch.
Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This service is provided face to face from Tuesday to Thursday from 10 to 1 pm with one hour break for lunch and resuming from 2pm to 5 pm.
Please note that this service is for general support, NO immigration or welfare cases or questions will be seen.
Information & Guidance Service
We can support you with information and guidance on:
Interpretation of calls, translation of letters and emails (non-official) at our Community Centre
Assistance with registering and booking appointments with a GP
Guidance on accessing food vouchers and temporary shelters
Enrollment in schools and nurseries for your children
Assistance with filling out basic forms (Oyster card, Freedom Pass, etc.)
Orientation on immigration matters and how to access government support
Do you need support filling a form, registering your oyster card, translation or interpreter help? Our free and confidential general support is available from Monday to Thursday
